Little Willow farm stay was established in June 2019
to invite people to come and visit this very special part of the world, to escape for a couple of days, unwind and relax. The finishings on the house represents luxury farm stay.
We have a number of animals that live on the property who love to get up close and personal with new people.
We hope to see you soon and we promise you will fall in love with the farm and leave feeling relaxed and recharged.

Friday and Saturday nights are $580 a night.
Two-night minimum stay.
Weekends cannot be split.

Enjoy the complete farm experience and country lifestyle as much as you like or as little as you like. This is your chance to feel like a farmer or to have your children experience hands on animal time. We have cows, pigs, sheep and goats to feed. We must not forget to tell you that there are always farm fresh eggs to collect. This service is catered individually for our guests and is complimentary.

Feel like surprising a special someone while staying at the farm? Or are you celebrating as a group? We can provide a romantic date or a fabulous group celebration while soaking in the amazing farm and blue mountains views. EXPLORE THE FARM
The farm is set on 1700 hundred acres and is at the end of the road that backs onto a national park. Guests can go exploring anywhere they wish while staying on the farm. There is a beautiful creek that runs through the farm which makes for a pretty walk. Otherwise there are a number of hills that lead to some amazing views with views back over the blue mountains. Walks through the paddocks are also ideal and you may even come across some kangaroos, wombats and echidnas.

Herbert
Introducing Herbert, the charming big sheep! He found his forever home on the farm when he was just a little lamb after losing his mother. We've lovingly cared for him ever since, and now he's incredibly sociable and adores being feed by guests.
Penelope
Meet Penelope, one of the farm's beloved original residents. This adorable seven-year-old mini goat joined us when she was just four weeks and was bottled feed. She enjoys a scratch and a gentle demeanour.
Josephine
Josephine is delightful Hampshire Down Sheep and a treasured part of our small farm herd. Her warm and sociable personality makes her a favourite among our guests and loves to greet new faces.
Barley Boy
Barley Boy is on the four horses residing on the farm, and he is known for his gentle and affectionate nature. Don't forget to bring along some carrots and apples- these are his absolute favourites!
Lilac
Lilac is a charming addition to the Hampshire Down Herd. Her friendly and affectionate nature makes her a joy to be around.
The Girls
We have a lovely small flock of beautiful, rescued chickens who are not only incredibly affectionate but also a joy to be around if you're lucky, you might get the chance to collect their eggs. Farm Fresh eggs for breakfast

• Linen & towels provided.
• Weekend nights cannot be split.
• Please note that there are a number of dams and water troughs on the property. All children and non swimmers MUST be supervised at all times, and no liability is taken if a water accident occurs.
• Little Willow is a non-smoking house.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Full payment is requested at the time of booking. A full refund is given 30 days prior to check in if a cancellation takes place. After 7 days it is at the discretion of the owner.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 dollar security deposit is required 7 days before your stay, and is fully refundable, given no damage or excessive mess is left. The deposit is refunded within 14 days from check out.
WIFI/PHONE
Phone coverage is limited. Telstra has recently switched on a mobile phone tower in the Megalong Valley and as a result phone coverage has improved. Most networks will receive limited phone coverage at the back gate of Little Willow. Telstra users will have coverage inside the house.
Unfortunately WIFI is unavailable, however we do have free to air television and DVD player with a vast collection of DVDS.

4oWe had an absolutely brilliant stay at Hayley’s farm. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Arriving to find the fire already lit was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home.
Hayley was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She took the time to show us around the farm and introduce us to the animals. Feeding the sheep, meeting the chickens, and spending time with the friendly dogs was a real highlight of the stay.
We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect way to mark the occasion. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly the escape from the city we were looking for.
We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re after a quiet country getaway with a wonderful host and a beautiful farm setting, this is the place to stay.

Perfect for those wanting to escape busy city congested life! Hayley’s stunning Property is exactly what true country living is. Impeccable fresh air grazing sheep and healthy cow's chickens and an alpaca! The kids absolutely loved feeding the animals and just soaking up the true natural surroundings. Thank you to Hayley who took time out of her busy schedule to allow the kids to learn about living on the farm and getting to know her cattle more intimately. The house is just perfect for a family to chill out. It has all the everything for a home away from home with all facilities brand-new. I loved using the cooking facilities to make a yummy dinner for the family and the fireplace was well equipped with lots of firewood which kept the place warm in the cool mornings and evenings. The kids just loved exploring the wide-open fields and although there aren’t any shops or restaurants very close by this is essentially what you want when you are escaping city life! Little Willow Farm is remote and surrounded by stunning scenery. The house is spotlessly clean. The opportunity to interact with farm animals and explore the farm was the highlight.
Watching the stars from the hot tub is a great experience, as are the visits from Lucky the cat and resident dogs.

We had the most beautiful time here with our children, 7 & 3. Hayley and her family went above and beyond to help us with any requests we had. My kids were SO sad to leave.
